PandPeil, run by the operator of PandPeil ("we"), is a free, informational tool that shows aggregated and per-listing statistics about the rental yield of property for sale in Belgium, based on public listings on Immoweb.be.
PandPeil is not a real-estate agency, is not licensed or registered with the Institut professionnel des agents immobiliers / Beroepsinstituut van Vastgoedmakelaars (IPI/BIV), and does not act as an intermediary in any property transaction. PandPeil makes no offer to sell, buy or rent any property and does not solicit any transaction.
The information on PandPeil is for information purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal or real-estate advice, and we do not provide investment advice within the meaning of the applicable regulations (including the regulations supervised by the FSMA). Nothing on this website should be read as an offer, recommendation or invitation to buy, sell or rent any property.
The prices, rent estimates and yields shown are approximations, based on public listings placed by third parties. This data may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We give no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or availability of the information or of the website itself.
You are responsible for independently verifying any decision, including by checking the original listing on Immoweb, and for obtaining professional advice (notary, accountant/tax advisor, banker, real-estate agent) before making any financial or property decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of rental income or loss on an investment, arising from the use of or reliance on the information on PandPeil.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or in any case where a limitation is not permitted under mandatory Belgian or European law.
You indemnify us for damage and costs directly resulting from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the website, its features, or these terms at any time, without prior notice. We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely matches its original intent.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that allow a consumer to bring proceedings before the court of their own place of residence.
These terms of use are drawn up in Dutch, French and English. In case of a difference in interpretation between the versions, the Dutch version prevails.
